The main event will see UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards defend his title against rival Belal Muhammad. This fight will be the second meeting between the two men; Edwards faced Muhammad in March 2021. The fight ended in a no contest after Edwards accidentally poked Muhammad in the eye, and the latter couldn’t continue. Muhammad has been campaigning for this fight for more than a year, and he’s finally getting his wish. Muhammad hasn’t fought since May 2023, but he’s on an impressive nine-fight win streak.

In the co-main event, another UK fan favourite will fight. Current UFC interim heavyweight champion, Tom Aspinall, is scheduled to defend his title against No. 4-ranked Curtis Blaydes in the co-main event in another rematch.
