Standard relaxed pub serving some classic meals. Great ambience and atmosphere. The Vegetarian Parma was nice, chips were tasty. Only complaint was that there was no sauce, and the Chicken Parma was a lot bigger for the same price.

Huge place, pretty standard English pub decor, couple of pool tables. No European beers though which is kinda weird.

The Lion Hotel I have been to a few times before and always had such an excellent experience. On the 2nd of April, I made my way in at opening time at 11am and was greeted by Jase, an excellent fellow and assisted me with what I wanted. I was served by Priya, a lovely and bubbly lady who made sure everything I ordered was served in excellent timing. Had such a briliant time there and this was made by Jase and Priya. Thank you very much and I look forward to coming back there in the future. Keep up the excellent work and customer service Jase and Priya!

Booked Jac's Lounge for an 80th Birthday Party for 20 people. It was fantastic, couldn't have asked for anything better.
Jac's Lounge was perfect, private and plenty of room.
The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.
The meals were delicious and plenty of variety to suit everyone.
Thank you to the Lion Hotel for a great night.
